Congratulations to Rachael Rief, who successfully defended her dissertation, Being a Policewoman in 2020: The Effect of Police Culture and Social Identity on Female Officers' Perceptions of their Work, on April 28th.

This fall, Rachael will begin a post-doctoral fellowship with the Public Safety Institute at the University of Memphis.
